IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Please fill out the information and sign up for a school and time to read on Tuesday, November 11 that works in your schedule.  Make sure to click "Submit" at the bottom of the page once you have chosen the school and time that you would like to read.

   1. You must arrive at the school 15 minutes prior to your sign-up time.  You are expected to be in the classroom at the designated sign-up time. 

   2. You will have a total of 30 minutes in the classroom and no more.  This includes the time that you read and any discussions, questions, or exchanges with the students.  It is possible that you may not use the entire half hour, depending upon amount of questions you receive, etc.

   3. Teachers will provide a book for you or you may bring your own.  ALL books that volunteers bring must be approved by the VITAL Office through this sign-up form.
