IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Please sign up to read on Tuesday, November 17.  

   1.  Make sure to check the school you are signing up for. 

   2.  You must arrive at the school 15 minutes BEFORE your sign-up time.  

   3.  Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page when you are done. 

   4.  You will have a total of 30 minutes in the classroom and no more.  This includes reading, discussing the story, answering questions, and talking with students.  

   5. Teachers will provide a book for you or you may bring your own.  If you bring your own book, it must be approved by the VITAL Office through this sign-up form.
